How to Use
- Set the station on a clean, dry, level counter and arrange the included tools.
- Rest a compatible 58mm portafilter in the open cradle with the handle through the front notch.
- Turn the support screw until it holds up the handle. Make sure the portafilter sits securely.
- Add grounds with the dosing ring in place. Lift off the ring, distribute the coffee and tamp with tools that fit your basket.
- Brush off loose grounds and put the tools back in their spots.

FAQ
What comes in the five-piece set?
You get the walnut tamping station, tamper, distributor, stainless steel dosing ring and cleaning brush. A portafilter, puck screen, espresso machine and cups are not included.
Does it fit all 58mm portafilters?
Not always. The station is designed for 58mm portafilters, but body shape, side lugs and handle clearance also affect fit. Check your portafilter shape before you order.
What does the adjustable screw do?
It raises or lowers the support under the portafilter handle. It does not change the diameter of the cradle or tool recesses.
How is this different from the base-only station?
This is the five-piece kit: you get four prep and cleaning tools along with the wooden station.
How do I clean and care for the wooden station?
Brush off loose grounds, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry right away. Do not soak the wood or put the station in the dishwasher.
