Choose around the hot-water source and the coffee you want to drink. For a small filter coffee with less hand pouring, choose the 160 mL rotating-pour brewer and pack ground coffee, a suitable cup and 2 AAA batteries. For fresh hand-ground coffee and a complete set of brewing tools, choose the 6-piece manual travel kit.

Both need separately heated water. If you need your own heater, the 400 mL travel kettle requires a compatible power outlet; check its rated voltage and supplied plug before ordering. Compare the Travel Coffee Setup.

If you have a hot-water dispenser and want a small filter coffee, start with an automatic pour-over brewer and pre-ground coffee. The rotating-pour model uses 2 AAA batteries and needs your own cup. Add a rechargeable burr grinder if you want to grind whole beans without turning a handle.

For an espresso-style drink, compare the original 2-in-1 portable espresso maker; it also needs pre-heated water. Choose the drink first, then check cup size, cleanup space and power needs.

The 6-piece pour-over kit suits manual brewing without batteries or an outlet: it contains a grinder, 250 mL pouring kettle, reusable dripper, 280 mL cup, bean canister and scoop, plus a fitted EVA case. You still need coffee and a safe, separate hot-water source.

The included kettle is for pouring only: never put it on a stove or other heat source. An electric travel kettle needs a compatible outlet, so it cannot replace an off-grid camping heater. See the travel setups for other formats and check each selected model’s requirements.

Choose the automatic rotating-pour brewer if you already have ground coffee and a cup and want the brewer to distribute the hot water. Its tank holds up to 160 mL; finished coffee volume is lower because grounds retain water. It makes filter coffee, not espresso.

Choose the 6-piece manual set if you want hand grinding, direct control of the pour and tools stored together in a case. The set includes a 250 mL pouring kettle and a 280 mL cup; its suggested starting recipe is 15 g coffee to 240 mL water. Neither option heats water. Compare the Pour Over Coffee Setup.

No. The 160 mL rotating-pour model distributes water that you heat separately. Its batteries power the rotating mechanism only. Add hot water from a kettle, thermos or dispenser and keep within the 160 mL tank limit.

The separate 160 mL automatic drip model with glass cup also requires pre-heated water. If a setup includes an electric kettle, the kettle heats the water; the brewer does not.

For the 160 mL rotating-pour brewer, neither the drinking cup nor the 2 AAA batteries is included. The brewer comes with its reusable stainless steel filter and marked water tank.

The separate 160 mL automatic drip brewer includes a glass cup, but its 2 AAA batteries are also sold separately. Check the exact model’s “In the Box” list rather than relying on a cup shown in a photo.

No. The original 2-in-1 portable espresso maker needs pre-heated water. Its USB-C rechargeable battery powers extraction. It accepts ground coffee in its 51 mm basket or compatible Nespresso-style capsules using the adapter, and includes an integrated cup and carry case.

Its water chamber is marked to 100 mL. These instructions apply to the original 2-in-1 model; check the selected product’s own water, adapter and mode instructions for other portable machines. Compare the Home Espresso Setup.

Choose a burr grinder with a useful medium-grind range, then decide whether you prefer hand grinding or electric operation. The 40-setting manual steel-burr grinder needs no battery and has a folding handle. The 40-setting rechargeable ceramic-burr grinder grinds at a button press; its listed pour-over starting range is 10–20.

Setting numbers apply to that particular grinder. Adjust for your beans, brew time and taste rather than copying a number between models. Browse the pour-over setups to pair a grinder with a brewer.

Look for a fine-grind range and enough adjustment to dial in your actual machine, basket and beans. The 60-setting rechargeable espresso burr grinder offers timed grinding from 5–98 seconds and lists compatible 51 mm and 58 mm portafilter setups. Check holder clearance and fit; 54 mm support is not confirmed by that listing. You can use its included dosing cup to collect grounds.

A larger setting count alone does not guarantee a match for every espresso machine. The timer controls seconds, not grams: weigh the output separately when dose matters. If you need help choosing, send us your machine model and basket details.

Check your exact machine and basket before choosing a size. The 54 mm Breville portafilter lists BES870, BES878 and BES880 compatibility. This does not mean every Breville or Sage machine uses 54 mm.

The 58 mm E61 portafilter is designed for supported E61 group heads; it does not fit every machine with a 58 mm basket. Locking lugs and group-head geometry also matter. Match dosing cups, funnels and tampers to their own compatibility notes and the basket’s actual fit. A 53 mm tamper or funnel label is not interchangeable with a 54 mm portafilter label.

A dosing cup collects grounds under the grinder so you can weigh them and transfer them into the basket. Choose the 54 mm Breville dosing cup or 58 mm dosing cup only after checking basket and grinder clearance.

A magnetic dosing funnel sits on a compatible basket rim to contain grounds while dosing or using a separate WDT tool. This funnel is offered in 51, 53 and 58 mm: check rim shape and magnetic attachment, especially for a 54 mm setup. Remove it before tamping and locking in the portafilter. It does not grind, distribute or tamp the coffee for you.

Choose an immersion cold brew bottle if you want to steep coarse grounds in water in the fridge and remove the filter later. The 600 mL cold brew infuser bottle is a compact option for this routine.

Choose the 600 mL glass cold drip tower if you want ice-cold water to pass gradually through the grounds with an adjustable valve. It needs counter space—approximately 36 cm tall—and attention to the drip rate. It includes 100 round filter papers. Vessel capacity does not guarantee the same finished coffee yield.
