How to Use
- Rinse before first use, then set the cup on a stable surface under your espresso outlet. Check that it clears.
- Using a scale? Tare it with the empty cup in place.
- Pull your shot, leaving room below the rim. Follow your recipe's weight or volume target.
- Hold the handle and pour slowly through the spout into your serving cup. The metal can get hot during use.

FAQ
How much does the espresso cup hold?
90 ml (3 oz). Markings inside show 30, 45, 60 and 90 ml (3 oz), with oz markings on the other side of the scale.
Can I use it as a grinder dosing cup?
No. It is made for collecting and pouring liquid espresso, not as a portafilter-fitting cup for transferring dry grounds.
Will it fit under my espresso machine?
It stands about 5 cm (2 in) tall, with a 7.4 cm (2.9 in) top diameter not counting the handle. Check the clearance under your spout, including the height of any scale you use.
Do I get all three colors?
No. Each order includes one cup in your chosen finish: Rainbow, Ice Blue or Purple Gold.
Can this cup replace a coffee scale?
Not fully. The markings show volume, so a scale still helps when your recipe measures espresso yield by weight, since crema throws off volume readings.
