- Dial In Your Daily Shot: Place your cup and the scale tares automatically once it detects more than 10 g. The timer starts by itself as soon as coffee begins to reach the cup, so both hands stay free for the machine. When the flow stops, time and weight flash three times and then hold on the display for 10 seconds, giving you a clear read of shot time and yield. Measure your drip tray and allow room for the cup beneath the spouts.
- Follow Every Pour: Set up your brewer and coffee, let the display zero, then start pouring: the timer begins automatically as soon as the weight changes. Elapsed time and water weight stay visible as you follow your recipe. Center a stable brewing vessel on the mat and keep the total load, including the vessel, within the 2000 g capacity. - Check the fit of your complete setup: For espresso, measure the usable drip-tray area against the full 92 × 87 mm (3.6 × 3.4 in) body, then allow for its 17 mm (0.7 in) height plus your cup beneath the spouts. For pour-over, check that your vessel sits securely without hiding the display. The 2000 g maximum includes the vessel and its contents, even after taring. How to Use
- Place the scale on a stable, level surface and fit the silicone pad.
- Power on and choose standard weighing, P1 pour-over or P2 espresso mode; the included manual shows the button steps.
- Place your empty vessel in the center and tare the weight before adding coffee or water. In P2 mode, a cup over 10 g is tared automatically.
- Start brewing. In P1 and P2 the timer starts automatically; in standard mode, use the timer button. Keep the full load under 2000 g.
- Remove your vessel after brewing and wipe the scale body dry.
Care: A Removable Pad for Your Routine.
The ribbed silicone pad adds grip and heat insulation beneath your brewing vessel, helping protect the electronics from hot brews. Remove it for separate cleaning and dry it fully before refitting. The electronic scale body is not waterproof: wipe it gently and do not rinse or immerse it.

Can I use it for espresso and pour-over?
Yes. It offers standard weighing, P1 pour-over and P2 espresso modes. Its 87 mm (3.4 in) width and 17 mm (0.7 in) profile suit compact spaces, but check your machine’s drip tray and cup clearance before buying.
Does the timer start automatically?
Yes, in P1 and P2 modes. In P1 pour-over mode, the timer starts as soon as the weight changes after the display zeroes. In P2 espresso mode, the scale tares automatically when you place a cup over 10 g, starts timing when coffee begins to flow, then flashes and holds the final time and weight for 10 seconds after the flow stops. In standard mode, you start the timer yourself.
How does it compare to a full-size coffee scale?
At 92 × 87 × 17 mm (3.6 × 3.4 × 0.7 in) and about 134 g (4.7 oz), it has roughly the footprint of a coaster, so it fits on most espresso machine drip trays where a 150-200 mm (5.9-7.9 in) kitchen-style coffee scale will not. The trade-off is a smaller platform: center a stable vessel on the silicone pad and keep the total load under 2000 g.
What does 0.1 g readability mean?
The weight display changes in 0.1 g increments across a 0.3-2000 g range, with a tolerance of ±0.3 g. That suits dosing beans and tracking espresso yield, but it is not a laboratory instrument.
Does it display time and weight together?
Yes. The LED panel shows the timer on the left and weight on the right. The maximum timer duration is 9 minutes 59 seconds.
Does it beep?
Yes. It gives a key tone when you touch a button, a chime at each full minute of timing and a continuous alert when the timer reaches 9 minutes 59 seconds.
Which units does it display?
The display offers g, ml and oz modes. Grams and ounces measure weight; milliliters are a volume display mode. Use grams for coffee doses and brewing ratios.
How do I charge it?
Connect the supplied charging cable to the USB-C port and a suitable 5 V, 1-2 A USB power source. It has a built-in 450 mAh rechargeable battery. A wall adapter is not included.
Does it turn off automatically?
Yes. The scale powers off after 5 minutes of inactivity to protect the battery. The built-in timer counts up to 9 minutes 59 seconds, which covers a full pour-over or espresso shot.
Is the scale waterproof?
No. Do not rinse or immerse the scale body. Wipe it with a soft, lightly damp cloth and keep the charging port dry. Clean the removable mat separately and dry it before refitting.
Are both colors included?
