How to Use
- Set the server on a stable surface and place the dripper on top.
- Fit a cone paper filter, rinse it and pour the rinse water out of the server.
- Add ground coffee. Start with a medium grind and adjust for your beans.
- Wet the grounds with a little hot water, then keep pouring slowly and evenly. Stop before the brew passes the server capacity.
- Let the coffee drain, lift off the dripper and serve.
Use a gooseneck kettle for controlled pouring and a coffee scale to repeat your coffee-to-water ratio.
