How to Use

1. Fill: Lift the lid and add fresh water, leaving space below the rim. Dry the outside of the glass.
2. Heat: Place the kettle on a gas burner on low to medium flame, or on an electric ceramic cooktop. Bring it to a boil.
3. Rest: Take it off the heat and let the water cool to your chosen brewing temperature. Check with a thermometer; a fixed waiting time does not confirm the temperature.
4. Pour: Thumb on the lid, tilt slowly and pour in stages over the coffee.

Care: Rinse, Wipe, and Let It Drain.

Let the kettle cool, then hand wash it with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Rinse through the spout and stand the kettle upside down to drain. Avoid abrasive pads and knocks against hard surfaces.
