- Start pouring: the timer starts and water weight is tracked automatically.

- Turn on and weigh as normal.

Follow weight and time together
The dual LED display shows weight on one side and brew time on the other, so you can hit a recipe without a separate timer. Touch keys respond to a light tap - no pressing down on the platform mid-brew.
Typical targets: for espresso, about 18 g of coffee to 36 g of yield in 25-30 seconds; for pour-over, 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water with a 30-45 second bloom. Weighing both sides of the recipe is what makes the next cup taste like the last one.

Thoughtful details
A pad that does two jobs
The removable silicone pad is heat-resistant, waterproof and non-slip, so spills wipe off instead of pooling on the scale. Flip it over and the raised edge props up your portafilter handle, keeping the basket level while you dose.
Keep the pad in place when brewing - hot servers and brewers shouldn't sit directly on the scale surface. Non-slip feet underneath hold the scale steady on a wet counter or drip tray.
Power & charging
USB-C rechargeable
The built-in 1500 mAh lithium battery charges over USB-C (cable included). Use a standard 5 V / 1-2 A USB adapter - not a fast charger or high-wattage adapter - and avoid weighing while it charges. Top it up before the battery runs completely flat.
A side slide switch handles power and the beeper, so you can brew in silence early in the morning.

Keep the weighing surface clean
Remove the silicone pad and rinse or wipe it. Wipe the scale body with a soft, slightly damp cloth - don't rinse or submerge it. Avoid abrasive cleaners and dry everything fully before storage or charging.

How accurate is it, and what is the maximum capacity?
It reads in 0.1 g steps from 0.3 g to 999.9 g, and in 1 g steps from 1 kg up to its 2 kg maximum. Count the weight of your cup, server or brewer in the 2 kg load.
Does it start the timer automatically for espresso?
Yes. In M2 espresso mode the scale zeroes itself when you set your cup down, starts timing when the first drops land, and stops timing and weighing when the flow ends or you lift the cup.
How does the pour-over mode work?
In M1 mode, place your brewer and clear the weight, add grounds and tap T to record the dose, then start pouring - the timer starts on its own and the scale tracks the water you add.
Will it fit under my espresso machine's portafilter?
The scale is 140 × 124 mm and 22 mm tall, so it fits most drip trays. Measure the clearance between your drip tray and the portafilter spouts with your cup in place, allowing 22 mm for the scale; on compact machines with low clearance, the mini espresso scale may fit better.
Do I really need a scale for coffee?
