360 ml (12 oz) suits a single cup, such as a 15 g dose brewed with about 240 ml (8.1 oz) of water. 600 ml (20 oz) leaves extra room to rinse the paper filter and brew a larger cup or two smaller cups from one fill. In both sizes, fill below the rim for a steadier pour.
Does the kettle include the dripper and server?
