How to Use

Add milk. Start with cold milk and leave room for it to expand.
Texture the milk. Use a compatible steam wand or suitable frother, following that equipment's instructions. The pitcher itself has no heating element or motor.
Swirl and pour. Swirl gently to combine the milk and foam, then guide the spout toward your espresso.
Rinse promptly. Wash away milk residue before it dries.

Does this pitcher heat or froth milk by itself?

No. It is a manual milk pitcher. Use separate equipment, such as an espresso-machine steam wand, to prepare the milk.

Is 450 ml the amount of milk I should add?

450 ml (approximately 15.2 US fl oz) is the listed vessel capacity. The internal markings are measuring guides. Add less than the full capacity so the milk has room to expand during steaming or frothing.

Can I use it for latte art?

The pointed spout guides the flow as you pour. Your result also depends on milk texture and pouring technique.

Are all six colors included?
