How to Use
- Set the server on a stable surface and place the dripper on top.
- Fit a suitable cone paper filter, rinse it with water and pour the rinse water out of the server.
- Add ground coffee. Start with a medium grind and adjust to taste.
- Wet the grounds with a little hot water, then keep pouring slowly and evenly. Leave room below the server rim.
- Let the coffee drain, lift off the dripper and serve.
Use a gooseneck kettle to control your pour, and a coffee scale to repeat your coffee-to-water ratio.

Do I need paper filters for this dripper?
Yes. Use a cone paper filter that fits the dripper. The opening measures approximately 11 cm, so check your filter size before brewing.
Do I get one set or all four colors?
One set. Each order includes one dripper and one server in your chosen color; the four-color photo shows the options.
How much coffee does the server hold?
450 ml. Actual servings depend on your recipe and cup size, so leave space below the rim when brewing.
Can I use the jug on its own?
Yes. The dripper and server are separate pieces. Lift off the dripper after brewing and serve from the jug.
How do I clean the ceramic set?
