How to Use
- Add water to the lower chamber, stopping about 5mm below the safety valve. Never cover the valve.
- Fill the stainless steel basket with coffee ground slightly coarser than espresso. Level gently without tamping.
- Assemble the pot securely and place it on a suitable heat source. Keep any flame within the base footprint and away from the handles.
- Switch off the heat partway through extraction, as directed in the supplied guide, allowing residual heat to finish the brew. Keep the lid closed while brewing and let the pot cool before opening.
