How to Use
- Fill with up to about 15-18 g of whole beans.
- Choose a grind setting - begin mid-range for pour-over.
- Hold the center grip band and turn the crank until it runs freely.
- Take off the grounds cup and tip the coffee into your brewer. Taste, then adjust finer or coarser in small steps.
Care

Which burr is right for me?
5-Star for pour-over, drip and French press; 6-Star for AeroPress, moka pot and finer pour-over; 7-Star if you mostly want very fine, espresso-style grinds. All three adjust across the full range.
