How to Use

1. Install batteries. Open the lid housing and insert 2 × AA batteries, matching the + and − marks.
2. Add milk. Set the glass cup on a level surface and pour milk below the MAX line. For hot drinks, warm the milk first; the frother does not heat.
3. Fit the lid. Lower the whisk into the cup and seat the lid securely.
4. Froth. Press and hold the red button. Release it when the foam reaches the texture you want.
5. Pour. Lift out the lid assembly and pour through the spout into your coffee.

Cold foam tip: start with well-chilled milk. Lower-fat dairy milk tends to give a stiffer, longer-lasting cold foam; whole milk gives a softer, creamier one.

Cleaning & Care

Lift out the lid assembly after each use. Hand wash the glass cup with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Rinse the whisk head under running water and wipe it clean, keeping water away from the lid housing and battery compartment. Never submerge the lid. Remove the batteries if you won't use the frother for a while.
