How to Use
- Fill with fresh water, pick your temperature and pour into your coffee brewer or teapot.
- Set the base on a dry, level surface. Check that the appliance rating matches your power supply.
- Lift the kettle off the base, fill with fresh water within the marked fill limits and close the lid.
- Place the kettle back on its base, switch it on and turn the dial to the temperature your recipe calls for.
- Once the water is ready, lift the kettle by the handle and pour slowly through the fine spout.
- When you finish, switch off and unplug the base. Let the kettle cool before you clean it.
Pair it with our 400ml (14oz) glass dripper and carafe set. Add a coffee scale to repeat your coffee-to-water ratio every time.
Care: Unplug the kettle and let it cool. Wipe the outside with a soft, damp cloth and rinse the inside carefully. Keep the base and electrical contacts dry, and never immerse the kettle or base. Follow the supplied instructions for descaling and cleaning.
