How to Use Your Electric Gooseneck Kettle
- Fill with fresh water, staying within the marked fill limits.
- Fit the lid and place the kettle on its supplied electric base.
- Select your target temperature and start heating.
- Lift by the handle and pour slowly into your brewing vessel.
Care and Use
Heat on the supplied electric base only; do not use on a stovetop or open flame. Use the kettle only in the country it was shipped to, and do not use it with a voltage converter or travel adapter. Allow the kettle to cool before cleaning. Rinse the interior, wipe the exterior and keep the base and electrical contacts dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Can I choose a temperature below boiling?
Yes. The adjustable range is 40-100°C (104-212°F) in 1°C steps, so you can select a target temperature for your coffee or tea recipe.
What temperature should I use for pour-over coffee?
Most pour-over recipes use 90-96°C (194-205°F). Start around 93°C (199°F), go higher for light roasts and a little lower for dark roasts. For tea, green tea is usually brewed at 70-80°C (158-176°F) and black tea at 95-100°C (203-212°F).
Will it work in my country, and which plug will I get?
Yes. The kettle comes in a 110V version and a 220V version. We ship the version that matches the mains voltage of your delivery country, fitted with that country's plug, so no adapter or converter is needed. Please use the kettle only in the country it was shipped to.
