How to Use
- Place the server on a level surface. Seat the wooden holder on top and fit the dripper into its opening.
- Place a suitable paper filter inside the dripper, rinse it and discard the rinse water.
- Add ground coffee, then pour hot water slowly over the grounds. Leave space below the server rim.
- Allow the coffee to drain. Lift off the dripper and holder, then serve in the tasting cup.
Pair it with a gooseneck kettle for a controlled pour and a manual coffee grinder for freshly ground beans.
