How to Use
- Place the server on a stable surface. Position the wooden support ring across its opening and seat the dripper in the ring.
- Fit a suitable cone paper filter inside the dripper. Rinse the filter, then empty the rinse water from the server.
- Add ground coffee. Pour separately heated water slowly over the grounds, allowing the coffee to drain into the server. Leave space below the rim.
- Once dripping has finished, carefully lift off the dripper and support ring, then serve.
Pair it with a gooseneck kettle and a coffee scale for your brewing routine.

Does this pour-over set with a wooden support ring need paper filters?
Yes. Use a cone paper filter that fits the dripper. The dripper opening is 10.5 cm / 4.13 in across; check the filter’s dimensions before brewing. Paper filters are not included.
How much does the blue ceramic coffee server hold?
The server capacity is 450 ml / 15.2 US fl oz. Actual brew yield depends on your recipe, and you should leave room below the rim.
Can I separate the dripper and server?
Yes. The dripper, wooden support ring and server are three separate pieces. Remove the dripper and ring after brewing to serve from the jug.
How should I clean the ceramic pieces?
Clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive powders and metal brushes, which can mark the surface. Minor glaze marks, pinholes and surface variations can occur in ceramics.
Is a kettle included?
No. This set includes only the ceramic dripper, wooden support ring and ceramic server. A kettle, filters and other brewing accessories are separate.
