How to Use
- Set up. Place the assembled box on a level counter and make sure the liner is seated in the wooden shell.
- Rest your portafilter. Position it on the front U-shaped support with the handle extending through the notch.
- Clear the puck. After brewing, turn the portafilter basket downward over the liner and tap it against the rubber-covered bar.
- Empty the liner. Lift out the metal box, discard the grounds, clean as needed and dry before putting it back.

What is the portafilter rest for?
The front U-shaped rest supports your portafilter while you prepare your coffee. The handle extends through the notch in the wooden shell. A portafilter and tamper are not included.
Is the inner box removable?
Yes. Lift the black metal liner out of the wooden shell to empty the used grounds and access the inside for cleaning.
