Cleaning & Care

These are the supplied burr specification names, not customer review ratings. Each variant contains one selected stainless steel burr. The supplier positions 5-Star for general grinding and pour over, 6-Star for everyday espresso, and 7-Star for a finer espresso focus. The outer body is the same.
Can I use it for pour over, espresso or French press?
The reference guide covers all three methods. Choose an appropriate burr option, then adjust the dial to your beans and brewer. Espresso results depend on the machine, basket and recipe; there is no single setting that works for every setup.
How do I change the grind size?
Remove the grounds cup to reach the bottom dial. Turn clockwise for a finer grind or counterclockwise for a coarser grind. Adjust gradually, then test a small dose.
