Four Temperatures, Labeled for Everyday Use
Tap the touch control to step through the four presets. The display shows the water temperature as it heats.
Boil · 100°C / 212°F
Coffee, black and herbal tea, instant drinks. For pour-over, let it stand 1-2 minutes and pour just off the boil.
Stew · 80°C / 176°F
Green tea, floral and fruit teas, and AeroPress recipes that call for cooler water.
Warm · 55°C / 131°F
Warm water that is ready to sip, or for mixing powdered drinks in a separate cup.
Milk · 45°C / 113°F
Lukewarm water that is gentle to drink.
The four settings are fixed presets. Water boils at a lower temperature at high altitude.
Flip Open, Pour, Keep Warm
- Flip-top lid: Press the flap open and pour straight from the opening. No need to unscrew the cap between cups.
- 12-hour keep warm: Leave it plugged in and it holds the selected temperature for up to 12 hours, so hot water is ready for a second cup or a late-night tea.
- Low 300 W draw: Gentle on hotel-room and office outlets. A full 500 mL takes longer to boil than a 1,500 W countertop kettle, so start it while you grind your beans.
- Packs like a water bottle: About 230 mm tall, 80 mm across and 520 g (18.3 oz), with a storage pouch in the box.
Built to Heat With the Lid Closed
Three layers manage the steam and heat inside the sealed kettle:
- Fan-shaped vent: Releases pressure quickly so the air inside stays balanced with the room.
- One-way pressure-release membrane: Lets expanding steam escape without letting water leak out.
- NTC temperature sensor: Controls temperature to within about ±1°C, switches off automatically when the water boils and stops it from boiling again and again.
The 304 stainless steel inner liner resists corrosion, rinses clean and does not hold odors.
How to Use
- Rinse the interior before first use. Fill with water, no higher than the 500 mL maximum.
- Close the lid, stand the kettle upright on a dry, stable surface and plug it in.
- Tap the touch control to choose Boil, Stew, Warm or Milk.
- When heating is complete, wait 1-2 minutes. Open the flip-top slowly, pointing it away from you, and pour.
- Unplug after use and let the kettle cool before cleaning or packing it.

FAQ
Which voltage will I receive?
We ship the 110V version to 110-120V countries such as the United States, Canada and Mexico, and the 220V version to 220-240V countries such as the UK, most of Europe and Australia. It is not dual-voltage: a plug adapter changes the plug shape but not the voltage, so use it in the country it was shipped to.
Which temperature should I use for coffee?
Most brewing guides recommend 90-96°C (194-205°F). Choose 100°C (212°F) and let the kettle stand for 1-2 minutes before opening, as you should after any boil; the water will be just off the boil when you pour. Use 80°C (176°F) for green tea.
How long does it keep water warm?
While it stays plugged in, the kettle holds your selected temperature for up to 12 hours. It has no battery, so it does not heat or keep warm once unplugged.
Why should I wait before opening the lid?
The kettle heats with the lid closed, so steam builds up inside. Wait 1-2 minutes after it finishes boiling, then open the flip-top slowly, pointing it away from you.
Is it safe to heat with the lid closed?
Yes, that is how it is designed to work. The lid has a fan-shaped vent and a one-way pressure-release membrane that lets steam out without letting water leak, and the kettle switches off automatically when the water boils.
Can I pour without taking the lid off?
Yes. Flip the top open and pour straight from the opening into your cup or dripper. It has no gooseneck spout, so for a precise pour-over spiral use a gooseneck kettle.
Does it work without being plugged in?
No. It is a corded kettle and heats only while connected to power.
How should I clean it?
Unplug it and let it cool. Clean the 304 stainless steel interior with the included brush, use the included descaling sachets when mineral build-up appears, and never immerse the kettle, cord or plug in water.
