How to Use
- Prepare the lower chamber. Add water below the safety valve; keep the valve clear.
- Add ground coffee. Fill the filter basket, level the grounds and leave them untamped.
- Assemble before heating. Check that the seal and filter are seated, then screw the upper and lower chambers together securely.
- Brew on the hot plate. Place the assembled pot on the heater on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Connect the correctly rated unit and adjust the rotary dial while monitoring the brew.
- Stop and serve. Switch off the heat when the flow becomes pale and starts to sputter. Avoid hot metal surfaces and allow the set to cool before disassembly.
For freshly ground beans, pair it with a manual burr coffee grinder. The grinder is sold separately.
Care: hand wash the pot and dry fully. Keep the hot plate unplugged during cleaning and never immerse it in water.
