Contact UsThe Yozcoffee glass gooseneck kettle is a manual, all-glass pour-over kettle made from borosilicate glass, in 350 ml (12 oz) or 600 ml (20 oz). Because the body and the 5 mm gooseneck spout are both clear, you can see the water level inside the spout as you pour. It can be heated directly on a gas flame or an electric ceramic (radiant) hob; it is not induction compatible.
Borosilicate Glass Gooseneck Kettle · 350/600 mL
With a steel kettle you pour blind. Here the water is visible all the way up the spout, so you know exactly when the stream will start and can tilt gently instead of guessing.
Heat it straight on the stove, then guide a thin, steady stream from the 5 mm spout over your dripper or drip bag.
Watch the water rise in the gooseneck before it pours, which makes it easier to control the start.
Use on a gas flame or an electric ceramic hob. Not for induction.
A narrow outlet gives you a slow, steady stream with a clean cut-off.
A steam hole beside the knob, and room for your thumb to steady the lid as you pour.
Why Glass
An opaque kettle hides the water until it reaches the tip, so many people tilt too far and get a gush. A clear kettle shows you:
That visual feedback makes it a good first gooseneck kettle for new pour-over brewers.
Heat-Resistant Borosilicate
The manufacturer rates this borosilicate glass for −20 °C to 300 °C (−4 °F to 572 °F). That means you can heat it directly on a gas burner or an electric ceramic hob and don't need a second pot.
Brewing tip: pour-over coffee usually tastes best at 85-95 °C (185-203 °F). Bring the water to a boil, take the kettle off the heat and let it rest for about 3 minutes before you pour.
Pour-Over Control
The long, curved gooseneck ends in a 5 mm opening, so water falls almost straight down. Saturate the bloom gently, then pour in slow circles without disturbing the coffee bed. You can use the same steady stream for drip-bag coffee or tea.
Handle & Lid
The large loop handle keeps your hand away from the hot body. A vent hole beside the glass knob lets steam escape. As you tilt, rest your thumb on the knob to keep the lid in place.
Choose Your Capacity
A compact kettle for single-cup recipes of about 250 ml, such as one V60 or one drip bag.
Approx. 21 cm wide × 12 cm high (8.3 × 4.7 in); 9 cm base
A taller kettle for two-cup recipes or a single cup with water left over to rinse the filter.
Approx. 24 cm wide × 15.5 cm high (9.4 × 6.1 in); 10.5 cm base
Brewing Guide
1. Fill
Lift the lid and add fresh water, leaving space below the rim. Dry the outside of the glass.
2. Heat
Place the kettle on a gas burner on low to medium flame, or on an electric ceramic hob. Bring it to a boil.
3. Rest
Take it off the heat and wait about 3 minutes for 85-95 °C (185-203 °F) brewing water.
4. Pour
Thumb on the lid, tilt slowly and pour in stages over the coffee.
Heating Safety
Never heat the kettle empty. On gas, keep the flame under the base so it doesn't wrap up the sides. Don't put a hot kettle on a cold or wet surface, and don't fill a hot kettle with cold water. The glass, handle and lid all get hot during direct heating, so test before you grab. Not suitable for induction cooktops.
Everyday Care
Let the kettle cool, then hand wash it with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Rinse through the spout and stand the kettle upside down to drain. Avoid abrasive pads and knocks against hard surfaces.

Yes. You can heat it on a gas burner (low to medium flame, kept under the base) or an electric ceramic hob. Never heat it empty, and don't use it on induction.
No. The all-glass base has no magnetic plate. In an induction-only kitchen, heat water in an induction-safe kettle and pour it into this one.
Because you can see the water. A clear body and spout show the water level and where the water sits in the gooseneck, so it's easier to start a slow stream without over-tilting. Stainless steel is tougher and works on induction. Glass is about visibility.
Choose 350 mL for single-cup recipes of about 250 ml. Choose 600 mL for two cups, or for one cup with water left over to rinse the paper filter. Both have a 7 cm mouth.
85-95 °C (185-203 °F) is a common range. Without a thermometer, bring the water to a boil, take it off the heat and wait about 3 minutes.
The large loop handle stays farther from the hot body than a small handle would, but it is still glass and can get warm, especially after heating on the stove. Check it before lifting.
No. You get one kettle in the capacity you select, plus its glass lid.
