How to Use

1. Fill the kettle with water. Do not overfill it or operate it empty.
2. Fit the lid and set the kettle on its matching base. Connect it to a suitable outlet for the supplied voltage version.
3. Use the mechanical switch to start heating. Keep the lid in place while heating.
4. Switch off before lifting the kettle. Hold the wooden handle and pour slowly through the curved spout, keeping hands clear of steam and hot surfaces.

Unplug the base and let the kettle cool before cleaning. Keep the electrical base and connectors dry; do not immerse them in water.

This is the mechanical-switch version. It uses a simple on/off paddle and does not offer a selectable temperature setting.

Yes. Its narrow curved spout lets you guide water over a coffee bed while pouring by hand. Prepare your brewer separately and adjust your pouring pace to suit your recipe.

Which voltage version will I receive?
