The inner liner is food-grade 304 stainless steel, so it works as an everyday drinking cup too. Keep the lid on and sip through the silicone spout, or unscrew the lid and drink straight from the wide, polished rim.

What to Expect
TEC (thermoelectric) cooling works by moving heat out of the drink. It keeps a cold drink cold and gradually chills a room-temperature one, rather than making it ice-cold in a few minutes. For the coldest results, start with a chilled drink or add ice. Warming mode keeps hot drinks warm; it is not designed to boil water.
How to Use
- Place the cup upright on a stable, dry surface with the base vents unobstructed.
- Remove the lid, add your drink up to 500 ml and screw the lid back on.
- Connect power to the port on the base, then press the button to start and choose cooling or warming, following the included instructions.
- Sip through the spout, or remove the lid to drink from the rim. Check the temperature before drinking.
- Switch off and disconnect power before cleaning.

Cleaning & Care
Disconnect power before cleaning. Hand-wash the lid, spout and stainless steel liner, and keep water away from the electrical base, vents and power port. Do not immerse the cup or put it in a dishwasher.
Frequently Asked Questions
How cold will it get my drink?
The TEC module actively cools your drink, but it is not a refrigerator. It is best at keeping cold drinks cold and gently chilling room-temperature ones. For an iced drink, start chilled or add ice and let the cup keep it cool.
Can I switch between hot and cold?
Yes. One button starts the cup and lets you choose cooling or warming, so the same cup can carry cold brew in summer and hot tea in winter.
Can it boil water?
No. Warming mode is designed to keep drinks warm, not to boil water. Use a kettle for brewing, then pour into the cup.
Will it fit my car cup holder?
At 103 mm wide, it is too wide for most standard car cup holders. It is designed to stand on a flat surface such as a console tray, where the anti-slip base keeps it steady. If you need a cup-holder fit, see our ceramic-lined travel mug.
Is it safe for coffee and tea?
Yes. Your drink only touches the food-grade 304 stainless steel liner and the food-grade silicone spout.
Is it dishwasher safe?
No. The base contains electronics, so hand-wash the liner and lid and keep the base dry.
