A handheld coffee vacuum is a small cordless cleaner for dry grounds, chaff and dust around your grinder, espresso machine and tamping area. It does not replace a group head brush or a damp cloth. It picks up the loose, dry debris that collects around your coffee station every day. This guide compares the four handheld coffee vacuums Yozcoffee sells, using only their listed specifications.

How to choose

1. Start with how much you grind

If you grind one or two doses a day, the Mini vacuum is light enough to keep next to the grinder: it weighs 160 g and is 22 cm long. If you grind several times a day, a 130 mL dust cup means you empty it less often.

2. Decide whether you need a blower

Grounds collect in seams, under machine feet and around grinder bases. The Coffee Grounds Vacuum and the Cordless Coffee Vacuum & Blower both include a blower function, so you can blow debris out of tight gaps and then vacuum it up.

3. Check the filter routine

The Mini vacuum ships with one reusable filter, and a 2-pack of replacement filters is available, so a dry filter is ready while you wait for a rinsed one to dry. Always let a washed filter dry completely before you refit it.

Using a coffee vacuum safely

  • Use it on dry grounds, chaff and dust only. Never use it on liquids or wet grounds.
  • Empty the dust cup regularly, and clean the filter as the product instructions describe.
  • Charge from a compatible USB power source, as listed for each model.
