How to Use

- Scoop and reseal. Take what you need, close the canister after use and return the scoop to its side holder. Store away from heat and direct sunlight.

Which size of white coffee canister should I choose?
Choose the 1.2 L / 40.6 US fl oz version for the lower profile, or 1.5 L / 50.7 US fl oz for more storage volume. Both have a 12 cm / 4.72 in body diameter; their heights are 12.5 cm / 4.92 in and 15 cm / 5.91 in. Coffee capacity by weight varies with the beans and roast.
What does the one-way valve do?
The valve lets gas released by roasted coffee escape while limiting air entering through the valve. This is a manually latched storage canister; it has no vacuum pump.
How does the coffee canister date dial work?
Set the manual dial when filling the canister to record the storage date. It is a reminder for your routine, rather than a freshness sensor.
Is a measuring scoop included?
Yes. Each canister includes one 30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz stainless steel scoop. Slide it into the side holder after use. The holder is a physical clip.
Can I use it for ground coffee or tea?
Yes. It can hold whole beans, ground coffee, tea leaves and other dry pantry ingredients. Keep the contents and sealing surfaces dry.
How should I care for it?
Gently hand wash as needed, avoid abrasive cleaners and dry all parts fully before refilling. Keep coffee grounds clear of the rim, sealing ring and valve.
