A compact pour-over kettle sized for one cup. The Yozcoffee 300 ml (10 oz) Gooseneck Pour-Over Kettle has a 1.0 mm-thick 304 stainless steel body, a solid walnut lid knob and a slim gooseneck spout that lets you pour anything from single drops to a steady stream.

It is a pouring kettle, not a stovetop kettle: heat water in your electric kettle, fill, and pour with control. Ideal for single-cup pour-over and drip-bag coffee. Available in Matte Black, Prussian Blue, Forest Green and Sand Ivory.

Why It Pours Well

• Vertical-drop spout tip: the end of the gooseneck is angled so water falls straight down (90°) when you tilt. You place the stream exactly where you aim instead of chasing an arc.
• Drip, thin or steady flow: the narrow curved spout lets you go from single drops for the bloom to a fine stream or a steady pour, just by changing the tilt.
• Clasp-style lid: the lid's metal skirt locks into the opening, so it does not slide off when the kettle is tipped forward.
• Open, ergonomic handle: the angled metal handle sits away from the hot body for a comfortable grip and steadier wrist control.
• 1.0 mm 304 stainless steel: a thickened food-grade stainless steel body with a brushed interior that is easy to rinse clean.

Is 300 ml the Right Size?

Yes, if you brew one cup at a time. A typical single-cup recipe of 15 g coffee to 240 ml (8 oz) water fits comfortably, and it is a natural match for drip-bag coffee. 300 ml is the full capacity, so leave a little headroom below the lid when filling.

How to Use

1. Heat your water separately. Bring water to 85-95 °C (185-203 °F), the recommended range for pour-over, in an electric kettle or other heat-safe vessel.
2. Fill the kettle. Lift off the lid and pour in the hot water, leaving some headroom below the rim.
3. Seat the lid. Press it into the opening until the clasp skirt sits securely, then hold the kettle by the handle.
4. Bloom, then pour. Tilt gently to wet the grounds with a slow drip or thin stream, wait 30-45 seconds, then pour in slow circles or pulses to finish your recipe.

Walnut & Stainless Steel

The walnut disc sits inside the colored lid rim, with a shaped wood knob above it. Beneath the lid, a stainless steel skirt with clasp cutouts locks into the kettle opening.

The lid lifts off completely, so the brushed stainless steel interior is easy to rinse, dry and inspect.

Cleaning & Care

Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinse and dry. Not dishwasher safe, to protect the walnut lid and the colored finish. Avoid abrasive pads and prolonged soaking of the lid. Let the kettle and lid dry fully before storing.
