Made for home brewers who enjoy a hands-on cup, it uses a reusable metal filter and separates into upper and lower chambers for cleaning. Enjoy your coffee black, dilute it with hot water, or add warm milk. A separate heat source is required; a stove, cups and coffee are not included.

How to Use
- With the pot cool, unscrew the chambers. Add water to the lower boiler, keeping the level below the safety valve.
- Fill the coffee basket with moka-ground coffee and level gently. Do not tamp. Keep the rim and threads free of grounds.
- Check that the filter and seal are seated correctly. Reassemble securely and close the lid.
- Place on a suitable cooktop over gentle heat. Keep any gas flame beneath the base and away from the handle.
- Remove from the heat as the flow finishes, avoiding prolonged sputtering. Pour carefully, then allow the pot to cool fully before opening.

Care

FAQ
Does this make espresso?
It makes concentrated moka coffee on a stovetop. The brewing method differs from a pump espresso machine, so flavor, pressure and crema will differ too.
Which grind should I use?
Use coffee ground for a moka pot: finer than a typical drip grind, but coarser than espresso powder. Level the basket without tamping.
Do I need paper filters?
No. The included reusable metal filter provides the filtration for normal use.
Will it work on my induction hob?
The 430 stainless steel boiler supports induction use. Check your hob's minimum pan-base requirement before ordering; small cookware may not be detected by every hob.
Are both capacities included?
No. Each order contains one pot in your selected 300 ml or 450 ml capacity.
Can I make milk coffee?
Brew coffee with water in the pot, then add milk in your cup. Our milk frothers and latte art pitchers can help prepare the milk separately.
