How to Use
- Check the power supply. Match the unit’s rating label to your local voltage and frequency. Set the warmer on a stable, dry, heat-resistant surface.
- Prepare your drink. Brew coffee separately and fill the included mug. Keep the outside and base of the mug dry.
- Place and select. Center the mug on the heating plate, connect power and use the touch controls to select a heat setting and timer.
- Finish and clean. Switch off and unplug after use. Let the plate cool before wiping the base.
To schedule a later start, press the timer/scheduled-start control while the unit is off, select the start delay, then select the operating heat setting.

FAQ
Is the mug included?
Yes. Each set includes one warmer, one matching mug, one lid and one metal straw. The Black option pairs a black mug with a black warmer; the White option pairs a white mug with a white warmer.
Can this mug warmer boil water?
It is intended for keeping drinks warm. Brew your coffee separately, then place the filled mug on the warming plate.
Does it have an automatic shut-off?
Yes. The default working countdown is 8 hours, and the unit switches off when it reaches zero. Timer and scheduled-start settings extend up to 12 hours.
What do the temperature settings mean?
The supplied US-version reference specifies seven settings from 120-180°F / approximately 49-82°C. Settings and display units vary by electrical version. The temperature of your drink also depends on the mug, amount of liquid, lid and room temperature.
Which plug and voltage should I choose?
Choose US/CA Plug, EU Plug, UK Plug or AU/NZ Plug for the outlet where you will use the set. We supply the 110V or 220V version and plug type you select on this page. The unit is not dual-voltage; check its rating label before connecting. A plug adapter does not change voltage.
How do I turn off the front light?
The working light is on by default. Press and hold the timer/scheduled-start button for 5 seconds to switch the light off.
How should I clean the warmer?
Switch off, unplug and let the plate cool before wiping it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Keep the electrical base and connection dry; do not immerse the warmer in water.
