Traditional Turkish coffee is brewed slowly in a small pot and watched closely, because the foam rises fast and boils over in seconds. This machine takes over the watching: fill the pot, press COFFEE, and it switches off on its own when the coffee is ready.
Brew up to 300 ml at a time, enough for several small cups, then lift the pot off the base and pour at the table.

On a stovetop cezve, the foam can rise and spill the moment you look away. Here the machine stops heating automatically when the brew is ready, so you can set out the cups while it works.

How to Make Turkish Coffee
Water, coffee, one button. Follow the fill line and instructions in the included manual.
STEP 1
Add Cold Water
Measure one small Turkish cup of cold water per serving, without passing the fill line.
STEP 2
Add Coffee and Sugar
Add about one heaped teaspoon of extra-fine Turkish-grind coffee per cup, plus sugar to taste, and stir.
STEP 3
Press COFFEE
Seat the pot on the base and press COFFEE. The machine switches off when the brew is ready.
STEP 4
Pour and Rest
Lift the pot by its handle, pour slowly to share the foam, and let the grounds settle for a minute before sipping.

Common Questions
How many cups does it make?
The pot holds 300 ml. Turkish coffee is served in small cups, so one batch typically fills several. Always stay below the fill line marked in the manual.
What coffee should I use?
Use coffee ground extra-fine, to a powder-like Turkish grind. Pre-ground Turkish coffee works well. Coarser grinds will not produce the classic foam.
Does it shut off automatically?
Yes. The machine stops heating automatically when the brew is ready, which helps prevent the boil-over common with stovetop pots.
What does the MILK button do?
It runs a separate program for warming milk. Follow the manual for fill levels, and rinse the pot after heating milk.
Can the pot be removed?
Yes. The pot lifts out of the open-front base for pouring and has a long vertical handle.
