Precision Pouring

A Steady Stream, Straight Down

The gooseneck rises from the base of the body and curves out to a fine tip. Tilt gently and the water falls in a thin, near-vertical stream, so you can pour in slow circles and keep the coffee bed even.

The handle is set at an open 114.5° angle. Your wrist stays relaxed while the kettle tips forward, which makes small, controlled pours easier.

Design Details

Made for the Counter

The body has a matte, lightly textured exterior coating over the 304 stainless steel interior. It resists everyday scuffs and feels sure in the hand.

Three small vents in the lid release steam while the water heats. White and Silver Gray come with a light wood-grain handle and knob; Black has a darker walnut-tone finish.

Peace of Mind

Boil-Dry Protection Built In

The base uses a branded thermostat. If the kettle is switched on without water, or boils dry, it cuts the power automatically. The slim base sits low on the counter and lifts off cleanly, so you pour from a cordless kettle.

Brewing Guide

How to Use

  1. Place the base on a dry, level surface and plug it in.
  2. Lift the kettle off the base, fill with fresh water up to 800 ml and replace the lid.
  3. Set the kettle back on the base and switch it on to bring the water to a boil.
  4. Switch off, lift the kettle by the handle and pour slowly over your coffee or into your teapot. For lighter roasts, pour straight away; for darker roasts or green tea, let the water rest briefly to cool a little.
  5. After use, unplug the base and let the kettle cool before cleaning.

Pair it with the 400 ml glass dripper and carafe set, and a coffee scale with timer to repeat your recipe.

Everyday Care

Simple Care Between Brews

Unplug and allow the kettle to cool. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and rinse the interior. Keep the base and electrical contacts dry; never immerse the kettle or base in water. Descale regularly if you have hard water, following the supplied instructions.

FAQ

Does it have temperature control?

No. This is a simple boil-and-pour kettle with an on/off switch. If you want to set an exact brewing temperature, see our 800 ml touch-control gooseneck kettle or compare models in the gooseneck kettle collection.

Will it work in my country?

We ship the 110V or 220V version with the local plug for your delivery address, so it plugs straight into your outlet. It is not dual-voltage: do not use it in a country with a different mains voltage or with a voltage converter.

What happens if I switch it on empty?

The thermostat in the base has boil-dry protection and cuts the power automatically. Let the kettle cool before refilling it.

Is the handle solid wood?

No. The handle and lid knob have a wood-grain finish. White and Silver Gray have a light finish; Black has a darker walnut-tone finish.

Can I heat milk or brew tea inside it?

Use it to heat water only, then pour into a separate cup, teapot or coffee brewer. Avoid adding milk, coffee grounds or tea leaves to the kettle.

What are the shipping, returns and warranty terms?

Standard shipping is free to most destinations, with any exceptions listed in our Shipping Policy. Eligible items can be returned within 60 days under our Return Policy. Yozcoffee covers this product with a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
