How to Use

1. Fill with up to about 15-18 g of whole beans.
2. Choose a grind setting - begin mid-range for pour-over.
3. Hold the center grip band and turn the crank until it runs freely.
4. Take off the grounds cup and tip the coffee into your brewer. Taste, then adjust finer or coarser in small steps.

Care

Which burr is right for me?

5-Star for pour-over, drip and French press; 6-Star for AeroPress, moka pot and finer pour-over; 7-Star if you mostly want very fine, espresso-style grinds. All three adjust across the full range.
