From Bean Dose to Espresso Yield
Weigh your beans in the cup, tip them into the grinder, then place the empty cup back in the holder and tap to tare before pulling the shot. Use g mode to follow a brew ratio by weight; the engraved mL marks are a separate visual reference. The cup is just as handy for checking a pour-over or travel dose.
Before using it under an espresso machine, check the drip-tray space and the clearance beneath your spouts. Allow extra room for the handle and the protruding display, since the base diameter does not cover the full footprint.
How to Use
- Set it level. Place the holder on a firm, level surface and insert the clean, dry cup.
- Switch on. Tap the power control once.
- Tare. While the scale is on, tap once to reset the display to zero.
- Choose units. Double-tap the power control to switch between g, mL and oz.
- Weigh or collect. Add beans to check your dose, or collect espresso while watching the readout.
- Lift and pour. Remove the cup by its handle and pour through the spout. Take care with hot liquid.
- Switch off. Press and hold the power control.

Charging & Care
Lift out the steel cup and wash it separately, then dry it fully before putting it back. Wipe the holder with a soft, dry cloth. Never rinse or immerse it, and keep the charging port dry.
Charge with a standard USB-C charger, not a fast or high-power charger. Recharge before the battery runs completely flat, and do not use the scale while it is charging.
FAQ
Can I weigh beans and collect espresso with the same cup?
Yes. Weigh your dose in the cup, tip the beans into your grinder, return the empty cup to the holder and tap to tare, then collect the shot. Use g mode for brew ratios.
How do I change units or zero the display?
While the scale is on, double-tap the power control to change units. A single tap tares the display; press and hold to switch off.
Will it fit my espresso machine?
Check the height beneath your spouts and the size of your drip tray. The assembled scale is about 65 mm tall with a 75 mm base. The cup opening is about 78.5 mm wide, and the handle and display extend beyond the body.
How precise is it?
The display reads in 0.1 g steps, which suits espresso doses and shot yields. A maximum weighing load is not specified, so use it for coffee doses and shots rather than heavy items. The 100 mL figure is the cup's volume, not a weight limit.
