Steep, press and enjoy. The Yozcoffee Portable Vacuum Coffee Brewer combines an open silicone brewing chamber with electric vacuum extraction and a clear glass cup. Add ground coffee and water, let them steep, then press the control to draw the brew through the stainless steel filter.
Its collapsible chamber folds down between uses, while a USB-C rechargeable module keeps the setup compact for home, the office or an outdoor coffee break.
Maximum capacity: 350 mL. This is a capacity rating, not a guaranteed coffee yield.

How to Use
- Prepare the brewer. Charge the module as needed, place it on the glass cup and fit the expanded silicone chamber.
- Add coffee and water. Add ground coffee to the chamber, then pour in hot or cold water. Leave room below the rim.
- Steep, then extract. Let the grounds steep for your chosen recipe, then press the power control to start vacuum extraction.
- Serve and clean. Once extraction is complete, remove the upper components to use the glass cup. Discard the grounds and clean the removable brewing parts.
Adjust the grind, dose, water amount and steeping time to taste. Keep each recipe within the brewer’s capacity.

Finer grinds extract faster and taste stronger; coarser grinds taste lighter. Keep total water within the 350 mL maximum capacity.

Cleaning & Care
Remove the silicone chamber and empty the grounds after use. Rinse the removable brewing parts and cup, and let them dry before reassembly. Keep the charging port and powered module dry. Protect the glass from knocks during use and travel.

How does the vacuum coffee brewer work?
Coffee grounds steep in water in the upper silicone chamber. Pressing the control activates vacuum extraction, drawing the brew through the reusable metal filter into the glass cup below.
Can I use hot or cold water?
Yes. The supplied product guide describes both hot and cold brewing. Add water at your chosen brewing temperature; water is poured in separately.
What grind size should I use?
Start with a medium-fine grind for a balanced cup. Go finer for a more concentrated, stronger result and shorter steep, or slightly coarser for a lighter cup. See the Starting Recipes table above.
Do I need paper filters?
No. The built-in 304 stainless steel mesh provides reusable filtration. Clean away the grounds after each brew.
Does 350 mL mean I will get 350 mL of coffee?
No. It is the stated maximum capacity. The amount in your cup depends on the water and coffee dose, with some water retained by the grounds.
What kind of coffee does it make?
It brews immersion-style filter coffee using vacuum extraction. Adjust the grind, coffee dose and steeping time to suit your taste.
What is included?
