Skip the hotel-room kettle and the lukewarm office tap. This 400 mL electric kettle cup heats water to one of six set temperatures, from 45°C to 100°C (113-212°F), and brings a full cup to a boil in about 7 minutes. The sealed lid has a drinking opening, so you can sip from the same cup or pour the water into your brewer. With 100-240V input, it works at home and abroad.
Best for: tea, drip-bag coffee, AeroPress and instant drinks at your desk, in a hotel room, on a business trip or at a campsite with power.
Good to know: It heats only while plugged in. After heating, wait about 2 minutes and press the pressure-release button before opening the lid.

Pick the preset that matches what you are making. Most coffee brewing guides recommend water between 90°C and 96°C (194-205°F).

The six settings are fixed presets. Water boils at a lower temperature at high altitude.

- 100-240V worldwide: Runs on 120V outlets in North America and 220-240V supplies in Europe and Asia without a voltage converter. Where the outlet shape is different, a plug adapter is all you need.
- Sealed, venting lid: A one-way pressure-release membrane lets steam out while the silicone seal keeps water in.
- Covered power port: A soft silicone plug closes the rear power inlet to keep out dust and splashes.
- Light to carry: About 540 g (1.2 lb), 210 mm tall and 95 mm wide.

How to Use
- Add water up to, but not past, the 400 mL maximum line.
- Close the lid securely and plug the cup into an outlet.

- When heating is complete, unplug the cup and wait about 2 minutes. Press the pressure-release button on the lid, then open it slowly, angled away from you.

FAQ
Does it work in the US and abroad?
Yes. It accepts 100-240V, 50/60 Hz, so it runs on 120V outlets in the US and Canada and on 220-240V supplies in Europe, the UK, Australia and most of Asia without a voltage converter. If the outlet shape at your destination is different, use a plug adapter.
How long does it take to heat water?
About 7 minutes to bring a full 400 mL to a boil. Lower temperatures and smaller amounts are ready sooner.
Which temperature should I use for coffee?
Use 90°C (194°F) for pour-over, drip bags and AeroPress with medium and dark roasts. Light roasts often taste better with hotter water, so choose 100°C (212°F) and pour straight away. Most brewing guides recommend 90-96°C (194-205°F).
Can I use it for pour-over?
Yes, as your hot-water source. The cup does not have a gooseneck spout, so pour slowly. For a precise spiral pour, use a gooseneck kettle.
Can I drink straight from it?
Yes. The lid has a drinking opening. Let the water cool to a comfortable temperature before you sip.
Why should I wait before opening the lid?
Heating builds steam inside the sealed cup. Unplug it, wait about 2 minutes, press the pressure-release button, then open the lid slowly, angled away from you.
What happens if I switch it on empty?
Dry-boil protection guards against overheating. Unplug it or add water, and do not touch the heating plate until it has cooled.
Does it heat without being plugged in?
No. The cup has no battery and heats only while connected to power.
How should I clean it?
Unplug it and let it cool first. Rinse the stainless steel interior, keep water out of the power port, and never immerse the cup, cord or plug in water.
