Which Burr Should I Choose?
All three burrs are stainless steel and all of them adjust from fine to coarse. The star number refers to the burr's cutting-edge design: higher-star burrs are designed for finer, more even grounds.

How to Use
- Remove the top cover and add up to about 18-20 g of whole beans.
- Set the adjustment dial - start in the middle, then attach the crank.
- Hold the body steady and turn the crank clockwise until it spins freely.
- Remove the lower cup and pour the grounds into your brewer. Brew, taste, then go finer or coarser in small steps.
Care
After use, brush out loose grounds with a dry, soft brush. Do not immerse the grinder or rinse the burr assembly; if any part gets wet, let it dry completely before reassembling. More tips in our coffee grinder cleaning guide.

Which burr should I choose?
For pour-over, drip and French press, choose 5-Star. For AeroPress, moka pot and finer pour-over, choose 6-Star. If you mainly want very fine, espresso-style grinds, choose 7-Star. Every burr still adjusts across the full fine-to-coarse range.
Can I change the grind size?
Yes. Turn the adjustment dial toward fine or coarse. Make small changes and test with your own beans and brewer.
How much coffee does it hold?
About 18-20 g of whole beans, enough for one mug of pour-over. Actual fill varies with bean size and roast.
Is it good for travel?
Yes. It is about 165 mm tall and 50 mm across and needs no power, so it packs easily for trips, camping or the office.
Does it need charging?
No. It is operated entirely by the hand crank.
