Choose the preset that suits what you are preparing:
- 100°C / 212°F: The highest preset for recipes calling for boiling or near-boiling water. Let the water cool if your recipe calls for a lower temperature.
- 80°C / 176°F: For teas or coffee recipes that specify 80°C water.
- 60°C / 140°F: For preparations that call for 60°C water, mixed in a separate cup.
- 45°C / 113°F: The lowest preset, for preparations that call for 45°C water.
Follow the brewing guidance for your coffee or tea. The four settings are fixed presets; temperatures between them cannot be selected. Actual boiling temperature is lower at high altitude.

Common Questions
Does it work in the US and abroad?
Yes. The kettle accepts 100-240V, so it runs on 120V outlets in the US and Canada and on 220-240V supplies in Europe and most of Asia without a voltage converter. If the outlet shape at your destination is different, use a plug adapter.
Which temperature should I use for coffee and tea?
Follow your coffee recipe or tea packaging. Select 80°C when the recipe calls for that temperature, or use the 100°C preset for hotter water and let it cool as needed. The kettle has four fixed presets, so you cannot directly select an intermediate temperature.
How much coffee can I make with 400ml?
It suits a single-cup routine. For example, a recipe using 250ml of brew water leaves up to 150ml for a filter rinse. The amount of finished coffee will be lower than the water added because the grounds retain some water. Refill if your recipe needs more than 400ml.
Can it bring water to a full boil?
Yes. The 100°C (212°F) preset brings water to a boil at sea level. Water boils at a lower temperature at higher altitudes.
Does it work without being plugged in?
No. The kettle must be connected to power while heating or using the keep-warm function.
How long can it keep water warm?
The keep-warm function operates for up to 12 hours while the kettle remains connected to power.
Can I heat milk, soup or noodles in it?
No. The kettle is for water only. Pour the heated water into a separate cup or bowl to prepare drinks or food; never put milk, coffee grounds, tea leaves or food directly in the kettle.
