Is this an electric kettle?
No. This is a manual gooseneck kettle with no built-in heating element, temperature control, thermometer or power cord.
Can I use it on induction?
Induction compatibility is not confirmed here. Do not assume an adapter makes the kettle suitable for your hob. Check the product instructions before direct heating, or heat water separately and transfer it for pouring.
Does it have measurement markings?

Will the handle stay completely cool?
No kettle handle should be assumed to remain completely cool. Steam and nearby metal surfaces may become hot, so handle carefully and use heat protection when needed.
How is this different from an electric gooseneck kettle?
This kettle gives you manual control of the pour without a power cord or electric base. It does not heat water electrically or maintain a set temperature. If you want those functions, choose an electric model that specifically includes them.
