The removable stainless steel cone holds the grounds as coffee filters into the carafe below. Its fine-mesh construction means you can brew without paper filters. Once you have finished, discard the used grounds and rinse the filter ready for the next brew.

How to Brew
- Add your coffee. Seat the filter in the carafe and add medium-coarse ground coffee.
- Start with a gentle pour. Wet the grounds with a small amount of hot water and allow the coffee to bloom.
- Continue slowly. Pour gradually over the grounds, allowing the coffee to drain into the carafe.
- Remove the filter and serve. Once draining is complete, lift out the filter and pour your coffee.
