How to Make Cold Brew
- Add grounds: Fit the filter inside the pitcher, remove the center lid and add ground coffee to the basket.
- Add water: Slowly add drinking water, allowing the grounds to become wet. Leave room for the filter and lid.
- Steep in the refrigerator: Refit the center lid and let the coffee steep. Adjust the steeping time and coffee-to-water ratio to your taste.
- Serve: Pour gently through the spout. Serve over ice or dilute to taste.
Finished coffee volume depends on the amount of grounds, water and ice used.
Everyday Care
Designed to Come Apart
Remove the filter, center lid, and handle-and-collar assembly to clean each part. Hand wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge, rinse thoroughly, and let everything dry before reassembly.
Avoid steel wool and abrasive cleaners. Some discoloration of the nylon filter after use is normal.

Does the filter need to be replaced after each brew?
No. Empty the grounds or tea leaves, rinse the removable basket, and clean it before using it again.
Do I need to remove the lid to pour?
