Return Policy

At Yozcoffee, we want every order to arrive correctly and work well for your coffee setup. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below before sending anything back. To keep the process transparent, this policy explains return eligibility, return shipping costs, refund timing, exchanges, and how to contact us.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Return eligibility

We accept return requests for both defective and non-defective products, including cases where you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the item is not suitable for your brewing setup.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, clean, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories, manuals, tags, filters, charging cables, parts, and packaging materials that came with it.

Items that cannot be returned

Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, altered, or are not in resaleable condition.
  • Coffee tools or accessories that have contacted coffee grounds, milk, water, oils, or other consumable materials in a way that creates hygiene or safety concerns.
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, filters, charging cables, or parts.
  • Personalized, customized, clearance, final-sale, or special-order products when clearly marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards, if offered.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yozcoffee.com. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label when available.

After review, we may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. If the return is caused by our error or a product defect, Yozcoffee will cover the approved return shipping cost.

How to request a return

  1. Email support@yozcoffee.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect.
  3. Wait for our return authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.
  4. After approval, pack the item securely with all original accessories, parts, and packaging materials.
  5. Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization, sent to the wrong address, or sent without enough identifying order information may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.

Return shipping costs

Returns are handled by mail. Unless the return is caused by our error or a product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved because we sent the wrong item, the item arrived defective, or another Yozcoffee error caused the return, Yozcoffee will cover the return shipping cost and may provide a prepaid return label or confirm another approved return shipping arrangement by email.

Please do not send a return package before receiving return authorization. Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If only part of an order is returned, we will refund the eligible returned item amount. Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees paid directly to a customs authority are not refundable by Yozcoffee.

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item first and then place a new order for the item you want.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email support@yozcoffee.com as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order only before it has been processed for shipment. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.
