How to Use
- Place the stainless steel filter securely in the glass carafe.
- Add freshly ground coffee to the filter.
- Pour hot water slowly and evenly over the coffee grounds.
- Allow the brewed coffee to pass into the carafe.
- Remove the filter, then pour into your cup using the glass spout.
For a more controlled pour, pair it with a gooseneck pour-over kettle. A coffee scale can help you repeat the amount of coffee and water you prefer.
