Contact UsA steadier pour, from bloom to finish.
Guide water across the coffee bed, from the first bloom to the final pour. This matte white gooseneck kettle pairs a slim spout with a 304 stainless steel interior and internal water-level markings. Heat on a gas or electric stove, then tilt gradually to adjust the stream.
A compact choice for a personal recipe using around 250 ml of brewing water. Allow separately for filter rinsing.
More room for recipes that need extra brewing water, or for rinsing your filter before the brew. Check your total water needs when choosing.
Choose by water volume, not cup count. Leave space below the rim for heating and pouring. Listed capacity is the kettle’s capacity; finished coffee yield depends on your recipe.
Compare the options in our 350 ml vs 600 ml kettle guide.

Small changes in wrist angle help you adjust the stream. Keep the spout near the dripper and guide water across the grounds during the bloom and each following pour.

The internal markings help you check your fill. For recipes measured by weight, place your brewer on a coffee scale with timer and track the water as you pour.
1. Fill & heat
Add fresh water, leaving space below the rim. Heat on a gas or electric stove and never heat empty. You can also add water heated separately.
2. Prepare your brew
Set up your dripper and grounds, then rinse the filter if your method uses one. Follow your recipe’s water-temperature guidance; this kettle has no built-in thermometer or temperature control.
3. Guide the pour
Use heat protection as needed. Keep the spout close to the coffee bed and tilt slowly, adjusting the flow through your bloom and following pours.
4. Rinse & dry
Let the kettle cool, empty any remaining water, then rinse and dry fully before storage.
Care: Hand wash the cooled kettle with mild detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners and the dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly and dry with the lid removed to help protect the matte white finish.

Choose 350 ml for a personal recipe using around 250 ml of brewing water. Choose 600 ml when your recipe needs more water or you want extra capacity for rinsing. Leave headroom when filling; stated capacity is not the amount of finished coffee.
Yes. This manual kettle is designed for gas and electric stoves. It has no built-in heating element, temperature control, thermometer or power cord. Never heat it empty, and use heat protection when handling a hot kettle.
This model is not designed for direct induction use. Before using any induction adapter plate, check the kettle, adapter and cooktop instructions for compatibility. You can also heat water separately and transfer it carefully into the kettle for pouring.
The markings help you check the water level before brewing. For a recipe measured in grams, use a coffee scale under your brewer to track how much water you pour.
The handle and metal surfaces can become hot during heating or use. Handle carefully, keep clear of steam and use heat protection when needed.
Use it to guide water into cone or flat-bottom drippers, including V60, Kalita Wave, Origami and Chemex. Match the kettle capacity to your recipe and allow for filter-rinsing water.
Let the kettle cool, then hand wash with mild detergent and a soft cloth. Rinse well and dry with the lid removed. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners and dishwasher use to help protect the matte white finish.
