Brew in 3 Simple Steps
Place the filter, add ground coffee, then pour in stages for a level, controlled drawdown.
- Place: Seat the filter in a compatible flat-bottom or basket-style dripper. Rinse with hot water if preferred, then discard the rinse water.
- Add coffee: Add up to 50 g of ground coffee and gently shake to level the bed.
- Pour: Bloom with roughly twice the coffee weight in water for 30-45 seconds, then add the remaining water in controlled stages.
Brew time and flavor vary with coffee, grind size, water temperature, and pouring pace. Adjust the grind first if drawdown is too fast or too slow.

Which brewers do these filters fit?
They are intended for compatible flat-bottom and basket-style drippers or brew baskets. Check your brewer’s inner dimensions and shape before ordering. They are not designed for cone drippers.
How much coffee can one filter hold?
Each filter holds up to about 50 g of ground coffee, suitable for recipes ranging from a single cup to a larger carafe.
Should I rinse the filter before brewing?
Rinsing is optional. A hot-water rinse can preheat the brewer and reduce paper character. Discard the rinse water before adding coffee.
Can I use these in a drip coffee machine?
Only if the machine uses a compatible flat-bottom basket and the filter fits securely without folding over the rim.
Are the filters reusable?
No. Each paper filter is intended for one brew. Remove and discard it with the spent grounds after use.
How should I store the filters?
Keep them sealed in the inner bag and carton, in a dry place away from moisture and strong odors.
What should I change if coffee drains too quickly?
Try a slightly finer grind, pour more slowly, and keep the coffee bed level. If drawdown is too slow, use a slightly coarser grind.
