How do I adjust the stand?

What is the difference between Round and Hexagonal?
They use different outer profiles and dimensions: Round is approximately 94 × 93 mm, while Hexagonal is approximately 100 × 94 mm.
Are the portafilter and tamper included?
No. The package contains one tamping stand in the selected variant; the portafilter and tamper shown in use are not included.
How should I clean it?
Brush or wipe away loose grounds, clean with a soft slightly damp cloth when needed, and dry fully before storage.
Does it fit 54 mm Breville / Sage portafilters?
A 54 mm basket size alone does not confirm fit. Check that your portafilter body sits securely on the support ring, the handle reaches the adjustable cradle and any spouts have sufficient clearance.
Does it work with a bottomless (naked) portafilter?
It can support a compatible bottomless portafilter, with the basket positioned inside the ring and the handle supported by the cradle. Check the body dimensions and basket clearance before ordering.
Tamping stand or tamping mat: which do I need?
A tamping mat protects the work surface; its support arrangement depends on the design. A compatible stand can support both the portafilter body and handle during preparation. Neither replaces a controlled, level tamp.
What are the shipping, returns and warranty terms?
